How does the scoreboard work?
The scoreboard is a total from both Happy Hunting Grounds and Ever Or Never over a seven day rolling period.
How can I share my score?
Click the button marked Share Your Score and your results for today's game will be on your clipboard.
Where can I send suggestions or bug reports?
Via the feedback form here.
How can I delete my account?
Click your name or email address at the top of the game page and the Delete My Account link is at the bottom of the page — please note this will erase all of your data and it cannot be recovered.

How does the game work?
You must correctly identify a player who scored an away goal for Club X at Stadium Y and in which season they scored.
How many extra lives do I get?
You get two extra lives for any mistake or combination of mistakes. For example, if you get the player correct but the season wrong, you will get another go. Similarly, if you get both the player wrong and the season wrong, you will get another go. You get two extra goes total (aka extra lives).
It says there are six rungs — why can I only see five?
Every day, you will get a fresh ladder of questions ranked level 1–5. Those who successfully scale that ladder will unlock the sixth rung, which will be a difficult question ranked 6–10.
Ever Or Never
How does the scoring work?
You will be scored based upon the speed you answer. Correct answers inside five seconds get three points and inside 10 seconds get one point. No points are awarded for incorrect answers or answers that take longer than 10 seconds.
Dreamland Subscribers
How do I activate access to the premium features?
Sign in to the game and press your name/email address at the top of the main game page. In here you'll be able to add the email address you signed up to Supporting Cast with. Once you've successfully authenticated your membership, you'll have access.

Either click the link at the bottom of the main game page when you're signed in, or click here if you can't see it.
